Do both Birch Bank and Willow Walk have a hot tub?

Both of our luxury lodges have their own private hot tub. The hot tubs are located on the lodges’ wrap around deck and positioned for you to enjoy privately whilst overlooking the lake.

Do Stonelake Lodges have central heating?

Both Birch Bank and Willow Walk have full central heating and hot water boilers, making them perfect for your luxury get away at any time of the year. You can be cozy and comfortable relaxing in luxurious surroundings.

Are dogs allowed to stay at Stonelake Lodges?

Willow Walk is a pet free lodge for our guests with allergies and sensitivities, however you may book in a small to medium, well behaved dog with you when you book Birch Bank. There is an extra charge as the lodge is allergy cleaned after every dog - guest. We do ask that dogs remain on leads at all times outside to protect the abundant wildlife.

What are the check in and check out times and procedures at Stonelake Lodges?

Check in is between 3-5pm and if you could contact us by phone to confirm your arrival time, we will meet you to give you your keys and escort you personally to your lodge.

Check out is by 11am, we will meet you to return the keys and help you with your departure. You can book a late checkout of 1pm on our extras page when you make your reservation.

I have a special request, can you cater for it in advance?

We will do everything that we can to make your stay at Stonelake Lodges special and relaxing. We have a number of extra packages that you can pre-book but if you want anything special, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange this for you.
